Chintakaya/Tamarind Chutney

Fry RedChillies & GroundNuts then add zeera, Daniya & Garlic. After they fried put aside.

Take lemon sized Raw tamarind pickle and soak it in little bit of water for few mins to make it soft.

Then first grind the nuts then add tamarind pickle, salt, turmeric powder and grind it. Tamarind chutney is ready.

Cucumber Chutney

Fry GreenChillies & GroundNuts then add zeera, Daniya & Garlic. After they fried put aside.

Cut Cucumber into small pieces.

Take little bit of Tamarind or Raw tamarind pickle and soak it in water for few mins to make it soft.

Then first grind the nuts then add tamarind, half of cucumber pieces, salt, turmeric powder and cilantro grind it.

Now take this into bowl and mix the remaining half of cucumber pieces.

Palak Paneer

1. Palak
2. Paneer
3. mirchi
4. Garlic, Zinger
5. Tomoto
6. Onion
7. Peper, salt, zeera, turmeric and curry leaves
Preparation:
1. Cut onions, mirchi, zinger, garlic in small pieces
2. Grind tomota
3. Cut the paneer into small pieces and deep fry it in oil
4. Boil palak for 4mins then grind it
5. Take a pan and heat it then add oil, zeera, curry leaves, mirchi
6. after few seconds add onions, zinger, garlic to that
7. after couple of mins add tomoto paste, cook for couple of mins
8. then add palak paste, salt, turmeric and pepper and cook for few mins
9. Add paneer to the above and its done.

Raagi Burelu

1. Raagi pindi – 1cup
2. Bellam – 1/2 cup
3. Dried coconut – 1/3 cup
4. Yalachhi – 1
Preparation:
1. Take raagi pindi in a bowl and add Yalachhi powder
2. Take bellam in a bowl and add some water and heat it for 2 minutes
3. Add bellam mix to raagi pindi and mix it gently
4. Keep aside for 20min
5. and make samll balls and press them
6. Deep fry it in oil

Oat meal for breakfast

Oat meal is easy to prepare, good for health and Yummy…
1. take 1/4 cup water + 3/4 cup of milk in a bowl and microwave for a minute
2. Add 1/2 cup oatmeal [I like any cinnamon falvor oat meal becoz it gives the nice smell but can use original oatmeal too] to the above, mix it and microwave for 2 minutes
3. Add Raisins to the above [I use yellow and black raisins] and
4. Add peeled and cut fresh apple pieces to the above and mix it
Hot and Sweet oat meal is ready to serve..
